We want you to love your purchase from KLF Wood Designs. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

📌 Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
