At KLF Wood Designs, every item is handcrafted with care—especially our fully custom pieces. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order:

Processing Time
Because each item is made by hand, custom orders may take approximately 16 to 20 weeks to complete before shipping. This allows time for detailed craftsmanship, drying, finishing, and any requested personalization. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Damage or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.
